Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends was an American produced action-adventure superhero animated TV series with Dan Gilvezan, Frank Welker, June Foray, and Kathy Garver contributing as the primary voice actors. This cartoon series originally debuted alongside the Spider-Man animated TV series. The only real difference between them was that Spider-Man simply operated as a solo hero in his titular series while he teamed up with his Spider-Friends in the second feature.
It subsequently underwent a status change in its second season with the hour long cartoon block was now paired with The Incredible Hulk TV series. The Amazing Friends cartoon series is known for debuting Firestar, who unlike the rest of her co-stars and other Marvel adapted superheroes was created specifically for the show itself before she was subsequently transitioned to the Marvel Comics for copyright reasons.
