Overview[]
An American animated TV series featuring Spider-Man struggling to balance his responsibilities as a crimefighting superhero and his alter ego of Peter Parker with his school, job, and personal life with his frail Aunt May who is unaware of his superhero activities.
This cartoon series originally debuted alongside the Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends animated TV series. The only real difference between them was that in this series, Spider-Man simply operated as a solo hero while he teamed up with his Spider-Friends of Firestar and Iceman in the second feature. The Spider-Man TV series was not as popular as Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends which caused it to be cancelled in its favor.
