Overview[]
Plot[]
26 years after being abducted from Earth as a child by aliens, Peter Quill is a petty thief cruising the star lanes. After stealing a mysterious Orb from Ronan the Accuser, he finds himself hunted across the galaxy. Now stuck in the worst prison in the universe, his only hope lies in a deadly femme fatale assassin, a mass murdering psychopath, a gun crazy genetically re engineered raccoon, and a walking tree with a three word vocabulary.
After escaping, this unlikely team of misfits and outlaws eagerly seek to sell the Orb to a buyer for a fortune and go their separate ways. But upon discovering that the Orb holds the key to a weapon of mass destruction and the fates of billions of innocent lives hang in the balance ... each will have to take a stand and decide what they truly are. Criminals or the Guardians of the Galaxy?
