Overview[]

Malcolm and his friends attend an underground party hosted by Dom, a drug dealer. When the police raid the party, he and his friends escape, unaware that Dom hid drugs and a gun in his backpack.

The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 22, 2015. The rights of this film was sold to Open Road Films, who released this film in the United States, and Sony who released it internationally for a total of $27 million. The film was officially released on June 16, 2015.

  • This is the first film to accept bitcoin for ticket purchases at over 900 theaters in the United States, which is parallel to the film's own plot. It is also one of the first films to mention cryptocurrency.
