Retired special forces commando Colonel John Matrix lives a solitary life with his feisty and precocious daughter Jenny. But an old enemy, ex-dictator Arius now in exile from his home country; plots to use Matrix in a scheme to reclaim his country and retake his former position. He just needs Matrix and has kidnapped his daughter for leverage against the ex-commando. But Arius and his army of soldiers made one mistake: they made Matrix mad.
