He is the one and only Boba Fett.

A major antagonist in the Star Wars Universe, Boba Fett first made his onscreen debut in an animated segment of the Star Wars Holiday Special and has gained a cult following thanks to his aura of mystery and menace. He was voiced by Don Francks in his first appearance. He was primarily physically portrayed by Jeremy Bulloch and voiced by Jason Wingreen in the original Star Wars trilogy. A younger version of Boba Fett was portrayed by Daniel Logan in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

Boba Fett is the most successful, and feared, bounty hunter in the galaxy. He is the cloned son of the bounty hunter, Jango Fett, during the creation of the Clone Troopers. His most prized bounty was Han Solo, collecting a large double bounty, from Darth Vader and Jabba the Hutt.

Historically, Boba Fett's first appearance was on September 20, 1978 at the San Anselmo Country Fair parade. A surprise guest appearance, he was promotionally touted as the "next" major villain after Darth Vader in the forthcoming Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back film.
Boba Fett is and has maintained a very high ranking as one of the most popular Star Wars characters even before his official debut. He was the first mail away action figure for the Empire Strikes Back film and his action figures have always been one of the highest selling products of the Star Wars toylines.
Boba Fett was heavily based on George Lucas' early drafts of Darth Vader which featured him as a bounty hunter instead of the fallen Jedi Knight he later became.
George Lucas admitted that he was surprised at the cult following that Boba Fett developed and in retrospect, admitted that Fett's abrupt and ignoble death was unworthy of a figure of his stature and should have been more exciting. Lucas did have a brief scene filmed that showed that Fett managed to survive his "death" in the Sarlacc and considered including it in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi but dropped it as it would have detracted from the rest of the story. Lucas has stated that Fett should return in a future Star Wars film.
Although he didn't appear in it, Boba Fett was retroactively added into Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope in 1994. George Lucas inserted a new scene in the digitally remastered release which featured Jabba the Hutt threatening Han Solo in person. Among his stable of bodyguards included Boba Fett, although in a non-speaking role and was portrayed by Mark Austin.
