A Vampire minion of Lothos. He has faithfully served the Master Vampire since around the 14th Century to the present day. He was an enemy and petty annoyance to Buffy Summers before finally being destroyed.
Amilyn debuted in the 1992 Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie which was released on July 31, 1992. He was portrayed by Paul Reubens. He never appeared nor was ever mentioned in the 1997 TV series adaptation of the film.
