Overview[]
The world turns. World War II has ended. The Red Skull is dead. Hydra has been defeated. And SSR Agent Peggy Carter finds herself struggling to find her way in this brave new world. A world without her hero. A world without Captain America.
A world that she is marginalized and reduced to mere secretarial duties. A world where she is contemptuously dismissed as being "Cap's Girlfriend".
But the world is still a dangerous place. And evil is still out there.
And so is Agent Carter.
Agent Carter was a short-lived American produced action sci-fi espionage TV series starring Hayley Atwell and is considered part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This spin-off series was inspired by the aforementioned star's popular performance in Captain America: The First Avenger and Marvel One-Shot: Agent Carter.

A former soldier touted as a decorated war hero; Jack Thompson is now an agent of the SSR. Ambitious and opportunistic, he dreams of proving himself. A wounded war veteran, Sousa is an agent to the SSR. However unlike Thompson, he holds more sympathy for Carter's position as he is also marginalized and sidelined from field work due to his physical disability. He was portrayed by Enver Gjokaj.
Chief of the New York Office of the Scientific Strategic Reserve; he is also Peggy Carter's boss. He heads the task force that was created to find and apprehend Howard Stark and assigns Jack Thompson to the case. He was portrayed by Shea Whigham.

Enemy agent and sometimes reluctant ally to Peggy Carter. Dottie Underwood is a highly trained Soviet spy and assassin, trained by the same program that produced Natasha Romanoff aka the Black Widow. She was portrayed by Bridget Regan.
