Plot Summary[]
Matt sets up conditions with Elektra such as not killing anyone when he helps on her mission and then after the mission, she wants her gone.
Matt, Foggy, and Karen visit the hospital where Brett lets them talk to Frank to request to defend them. Reyes arrives on the scene to intimidate the group to drop case, but she gives in when Foggy's group threatens to expose her. Before Foggy's group could build their case, Matt gets alerted by Elektra's chauffeur. When Karen exhibits some romantic gestures, Foggy notices the two are dating.
While Matt and Elektra gear up to infiltrate a party, Foggy and Karen go over the charges that Frank will face. In Frank's hospital room, he asks to speak to Karen alone due to Karen had entered his home. At the party, Matt bumps into the accountant, spilling a drink on him in order to sent the accountant to the bathroom, so he can steal the access card.
Frank chats with Karen about the objects such as toys and piano in the house as Frank remembers his family. He thanks Karen for doing that, and he agrees to Karen's terms. Foggy informs Frank that they can get his charges down as long as Frank pleads guilty. Later, the judge reads the charges to Frank and asks Frank if he pleads guilty. Frank replies no and wants to see Reyes burn, shocking Foggy and Karen who thought Frank will comply with them.
At the party, Matt and Elektra manage to escape with the intel they had stolen. The host of the party executes the accountant's bodyguards. Before the accountant is killed, the accountant begs the Yakuza which the host says he's not the Yakuza.
